A hotaa, the Malé version of a neighbourhood tea shop. The counter case is stacked with hedhikaa — fried fish dumplings, tuna croquettes and the like — and you just point. Local outlet Edition put it on its Malé tea-shop list for its tea-time snacks and 'Dhivehi keun' local platters. Far cheaper than tourist restaurants, and the best seat in town for watching everyday Malé.
