This is the half-day trip everyone on Maafushi does. Ten minutes out by speedboat a white sandbar appears in open water, and you wade the last stretch where the boat can't go. At 'Shark Bay', the crew throws food off the stern and dozens of nurse sharks crowd in, brushing past your legs. Depending on the operator, you also stop at Fulidhoo to see stingrays and eat lunch, or spot dolphins on the way. The drone shot from above, you floating among the sharks, is what most people book it for.
