Opened in 2005 as the world's first all-glass undersea restaurant, it's a curved acrylic tunnel sunk five metres below the surface. There are just 14 seats, with the sea on every side and overhead. Between courses, rays, reef sharks and schools of fish pass over your head. The dress code is semi-formal, and lunch and dinner are set menus.
