Opened in 2005, one of the world's first undersea restaurants. Fourteen people sit inside a clear acrylic tunnel five metres down while reef fish, rays and sharks pass overhead and on both sides. Dinner is a six-course tasting menu of European cooking with ingredients like Maldivian lobster and Wagyu. The official site says no overnight stay is needed: day visitors can book lunch or dinner. It also says Dom Pérignon aged on the seabed outside the tunnel will be raised in December 2026 and poured only for Ithaa diners.
