A different beast on Cava Alta's tapas strip: a small place run by three old friends, described by Michelin as relaxed fine cooking with a French bistro feel. The short, market-driven menu leans on vegetables, with an 'EPP' option of one starter, main and dessert. Sherry, sake and low-intervention wines are part of the deal. It's on the Madrid tourist board's 2026 Bib Gourmand list.
