Round the corner from Plaza Mayor there are two queues: the left one is said to be for eating in, the right one for takeaway. The kitchen fries squid rings nonstop and stuffs them into a baguette, and that is the whole idea: no sauce, no salad. The squid stays tender, so it doesn't get tiring.
