Tables crowd right up to a tiny stage, so every stamp of the dancer's heels travels up through your chair. It starts with one guitar, a singer and handclaps, and when the dancer steps up the air in the room changes. Open since 1956, it has hosted the greats of flamenco and a long list of famous guests, and its in-house restaurant holds a Michelin star. You can book the show only and eat beforehand in the bars of La Latina.
