A free viewpoint at the top of the 'Walkie-Talkie', the tower that bulges outwards as it rises, under a glass dome with terraced gardens. South-facing windows take in the Thames, Tower Bridge and The Shard; the other side looks to St Paul's dome. The outdoor terrace opens in good weather. Being indoors, it works on wet and windy days, which suits London weather.
