There's basically one dish: the £15 flat iron steak, plus sides and sauces. Of a dozen-odd London branches this is the biggest, set in the old Pearson's Weekly building with its 1892 tiled front. It has its own butchery, and the week's special cuts go up on a blackboard. It's the usual answer to where to find a value steak in London.
