Gordon Ramsay's casual restaurant, opened in 2011 in the One New Change mall facing St Paul's. A high-ceilinged, industrial room with a long open kitchen. Most visitors come for the beef Wellington for two; on Sundays it's the roast. Afterwards, the mall's roof terrace puts the cathedral dome right in front of you, which makes an easy night-view combo.
