Near the São Roque church, this Bib Gourmand calls itself an atypical tasco. Old Portuguese techniques such as grilling, preserving, escabeche and smoking are reworked into modern cold and hot plates. Beef tartare with bone marrow is the dish most people point to. It doubles as a wine bar, so choosing glasses is half the evening. It gets fewer tourists than the big-name spots, which makes for a quieter dinner.
