A 19th-century textile mill complex turned wholesale into a shopping lane. Murals cover the brick warehouses and rusty gates, and the ground floors are lined with concept stores, cafés and restaurants. The star is Ler Devagar, a bookshop in the old printing hall, with shelves running to the ceiling and a flying bicycle sculpture hanging between them that everyone stops to photograph. Overhead, traffic on the 25 de Abril bridge hums constantly.
