An old-school house for northern Minho cooking, right off Restauradores. Hams hang from the walls, as the name promises, and the kitchen sends out seafood rice, roast kid and salt cod. The wine list is famously deep, from vinho verde to serious bottles. A good pick for one proper traditional Portuguese meal.
