Wooden brewery buildings, a canal and willows make up the Fushimi sake district, and this is its best-known stop. You look over old brewing tools and how the bottle designs changed, then finish at a tasting counter. The entry fee comes with a small bottle of sake or a postcard. It sets you up for a stroll along the canal past the other breweries.
