Coconut-milk rice, sweet-hot sambal, fried anchovies and peanuts, cucumber, egg and a big piece of fried chicken: that plate is the reason to come. The chicken is coated in a spiced batter, crisp outside and juicy within. It is a neighbourhood shop in Petaling Jaya, well outside the centre, yet there is a queue from breakfast, with delivery riders weaving through it. A plate is about RM13, so the only real downside is that the Grab fare can cost more than lunch.
