Up a narrow, easy-to-miss stairway off Petaling Street is a café that kept the high ceilings and worn window frames of the old shophouse. The menu mixes East and West brunch dishes and desserts, and the cheekily named signature, 'Better Than Sex', gets mentioned in nearly every write-up. It's a good place to cool off with a coffee mid-Chinatown. A 10% service charge plus tax makes the bill noticeably higher than the menu.
