One block off the Petaling Street shouting, the noise drops away and incense smoke hangs under the ceiling. Worshippers bow quietly between red pillars with sticks of incense in hand. It is dedicated to the god Guan Yu, and locals keep coming to the altar to make wishes. Entry is free and a full loop takes about ten minutes.
