Nada is one of Japan's great sake regions, and this museum sits right in it. Inside are rows of old brewing tools, wooden vats and oversized implements listed as important folk cultural properties. Entry is free, and a tasting and shop corner sits alongside. You can see how the stuff was made before you taste any of it.
