A tower hotel attached to Shin-Kobe Station. It opened in 1988, and rooms start at the 14th floor, so you get the city and sea one way and Mount Rokko the other. Downstairs are the subway, the shinkansen and a big supermarket, and the lobby level leads straight to the Nunobiki Herb Gardens ropeway. The Kitano foreign-residences district is about ten minutes on foot.
