When Kaohsiung folk head to Cijin, it's 'Wan Er or Wan San'. The story goes that the owner couldn't read, so he priced every plate at NT$100 to keep the maths simple. Order a few plates of Taiwanese seafood stir-fries, clams, fried shrimp, squid, and share them over Taiwan Beer. It's well south of the seafood street by the ferry pier.
