If Liuhe is the tourists' night market, Ruifeng is where Kaohsiung locals stroll after dinner. Stalls are packed into a grid on an open lot, so the lanes are narrow and on weekend nights you walk shoulder to shoulder. Giant fried chicken cutlets, chewy sweet-potato balls, takoyaki, fruit jellies and mochi: one lap fills you up. It's three minutes from Arena station.
