The dining room is bright and clean, with pig drawings on the walls, so it feels nothing like a dim old-school stall. The signature is rice under slow-braised minced pork, and you can ask for more or less sauce. A soft-boiled egg melts into it as the yolk breaks. Braised cabbage with a faint herbal note and pork tendon make good sides. It is a short walk from the arena, handy before or after an event.
