A tower on a rock, a few minutes by small boat from the Salacak pier on the Asian side. Inside is tiny, so you will not linger over the exhibit or café, but the view back to the old city domes is the real point. The boat fare is separate, and security checks can create a queue. At dusk, from the Asian shore, the tower turns into a silhouette.
