This is where meltwater from the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau glaciers corkscrews down through the inside of the mountain. A tunnel lift takes you up into the rock, then wet stairs and galleries lead down past ten falls in a row. The roar is loud enough that you can't hear the person next to you, and the spray fogs your lens in seconds. It feels like looking inside the mountain, which is why so many people add it to a Lauterbrunnen day.
