A brasserie inside the grand hotel on the Höheweg. The kitchen works in a classic brasserie style with about 90% Swiss produce, mixing Swiss regional dishes, French plates and vegetarian and vegan options. On the terrace you look across the Höhematte meadow to the Jungfrau. A small menu runs from 14:00 to 18:00, with the full menu in the evening, plus a Sunday brunch from 11:30.
