The beer hall that turns up most often on visitors' Interlaken dinner lists. The headliner is roast pork knuckle with skin that shatters, backed by sausages, ribs and schnitzel. The beer list is long enough to take a while to read; these days it runs as a brewpub with Barrel Brewing. After a full day of hiking, salty meat and a cold beer here is the right ending.
