Instead of buying Swiss chocolate, you make it. There are three workshops (Taste, all-you-can-eat; Create, with tempering; and Decorate), booked on the website. The café serves fresh strawberries dipped in melted Swiss chocolate, a house hot chocolate and Marlenka cake. Perfect for a rainy day when the mountains are off, especially with kids. Lots of fair-trade and organic bars, plus vegan and sugar-free ones.
