A restaurant-and-lounge on Grindelwald's main street, part of the Eiger resort. In autumn 2026 the upstairs restaurant shuts for a kitchen refit, and the ground-floor Stübli runs a cheese pop-up instead: raclette scraped over potatoes, and fondue in moitié-moitié, local Lauberhorn cheese or vegan. A small wood-panelled room full of cheese steam is this village's cold-weather flavour. The lounge runs from 7 am to late for coffee or a beer.
