A white truck covered in scrawled signatures has parked here since 1993. The signature scampi is a dozen or so shell-on shrimp fried and buried in chopped garlic and butter, with two scoops of rice. You peel them by hand and end up with garlic oil to the wrists, then mash the leftover sauce into the rice. There's a second truck in Haleiwa town, so pick whichever fits your route.
