The bar on the 118th floor of the Ritz-Carlton, at the top of ICC, Hong Kong's tallest building. From the windows, Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong Island skyline spread out below, and on clear nights the harbour ferries look like toys. Outdoor terrace seats are few and carry a minimum spend.
