A Prince Edward bing sutt famous for pineapple buns. The crust cracks like streusel, and the star is bo lo yau: a hot bun split with a cold slab of butter. Doors open at 6:30 am, and the early tables are locals with newspapers before work. The menu is long and mostly in Chinese, so pointing at photos is quickest.
