A street-snack stall on Kweilin Street in Sham Shui Po. Silky rice rolls are rolled to order, snipped with scissors and doused in soy, peanut sauce, sesame and chilli oil. Michelin, which lists it among Hong Kong's street food, credits lard for the subtle richness. Fish balls, pork skin and braised radish are on offer too. Eat standing up or take it for a walk.
