Right on the sand at An Bàng, seafood with the surf in your ears. The headliners are scallops under a pile of scallion oil and stir-fried baby squid, and the seafood fried rice goes down easily. Eat here and the sunbeds, shower and towels out front are yours to use, which makes it a good base for a half-day at the beach. Midday is hot; late afternoon is the sweet spot.
