Head out of the Old Town onto the paddy roads and you'll find this café with nothing but green rice fields in front of it, a fine place to sit in the breeze and do nothing. The bestseller is coconut coffee (blended frozen coconut milk with coffee poured over), followed by salt coffee and a homemade burger. No air-con indoors, so mornings and late afternoons beat midday.
