A hall built for merchants from Chaozhou in eastern Guangdong, said to date from 1845. It's smaller than the other big halls but the most densely carved. Gilded dragons, birds and flowers crowd the eaves and beams, with porcelain work alongside. The entrance is plain enough to walk past, but inside the details keep pulling you in. It tends to be quieter than the other halls.
