A white French-style building that shares a wall with the Opera House. It opened in 2004 and was renovated in 2015. The lobby bar is so photogenic it shows up in most pictures of the place, and rooms have ceiling fans and louvred shutters that feel like old Saigon. The pool, spa and gym are together on the third floor, handy for a swim after a day on foot. Dong Khoi, Nguyen Hue and the Central Post Office are all walkable.
