After dark, plastic stools spill halfway across Vinh Khanh Street in District 4, and this is the most famous ốc (snail and shellfish) joint in the middle of it. Point at whelks, tiger prawns, lobster, octopus or crab in the tanks, then pick a style: garlic butter, tamarind, salt and pepper, coconut. No air conditioning, but the scooters, smoke and clinking beer glasses are part of the deal. It made the Bib Gourmand list in 2023 and appears as a MICHELIN Selected restaurant in the 2026 guide.
