It grew from a hawker stand into a two-floor shop. Rice batter is spread thin and steamed beside the open kitchen, then rolled around a meat filling. Dip in the sauce, and add nem chua or bánh tôm on the side if you like. It earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026.
