A roadside spot that has lived on cơm tấm (broken rice) since the 1990s. Pork chops marinated in a secret sauce are grilled over charcoal and laid whole on the rice, so big they hang off the plate. Pour over sweet-sour fish sauce, add pickled radish; there's a chicken version too.
