The name you hear once you reach Gora. Custom-made tofu is stuffed with Japanese pork mince, fried in rice-bran oil, then simmered in an iron pot of mackerel-flake broth with leeks and onion and finished with egg. Katsu outside, soft tofu inside, and you'll keep reaching for rice. No bookings, so weekend lunches mean a line outside near the station.
