A neighbourhood gyoza shop since 1972, remodelled in 2019 into a white, café-like room that draws families and women diners. The signature Hakone gyoza is heavy on local cabbage from around Mishima, with chives, pork and a touch of lard for juiciness. On cold days order sui-gyoza in bonito broth. Regulars' requests have added garlic-and-ginkgo stamina gyoza and prawn or octopus versions.
