A long walkway runs out over the sea to a round tower. Spiral down the stairs and you're in a chamber with portholes, coral and schools of fish drifting past at eye level. The point is that non-swimmers and people carrying babies can see the reef too. It sits in the Piti Bomb Holes Marine Preserve, so even from the walkway the water is clear. Packages bundle it with a dolphin cruise, snorkeling or a dinner show.
