Most days it's a sleepy arcade; on Wednesday at sunset the parking lot fills with people. Charcoal smoke hangs at the entrance, and the longest line is for Chris BBQ skewers. Stalls dish up meat skewers with red rice, kelaguen and banana lumpia on paper plates, and a stage runs Chamorro dance shows. Souvenir stalls are widely called overpriced, so focus on food. Two or three hours is plenty.
