It's in the Mainichi Fukuoka building in north Tenjin, right beside the red-brick Akarenga Cultural Center. The building is old but was refreshed in 2018, and prices are kind for central Tenjin. Buses and the subway are both close, so the airport and Hakata are easy, and the riverside yatai are walkable. The top-floor breakfast gets good reviews.
