The flagship fills the ground and first floors of Ichiran's head office. You sit in a partitioned solo booth, tick your soup strength, fat, garlic and the red secret sauce on an order slip, and the bowl slides in under a bamboo blind. It tastes much like Ichiran anywhere, but eating it at the riverside HQ is the point. Official prices: ¥1,080 for the basic bowl, ¥210 for a noodle refill (kaedama).
