A shop on the Dazaifu Tenmangu approach that grills umegae-mochi: rice cakes stamped with a plum blossom and filled with sweet bean paste. They come off the griddle crisp outside and chewy inside, easy to eat while walking. Boxed sets are sold as souvenirs.
