Known for a heavy tonkotsu boiled so long that a froth sits on top of the bowl. It coats the spoon, yet finishes cleaner than you'd expect. It's a short walk off the main road from Hakata Station's Chikushi exit, handy before or after a train, which is exactly why the line gets long.
