Mashed potato is the star here: nine kinds of it, paired with house-made haggis, sausages or stews. Haggis first-timers can start small with a mini haggis, neeps and tatties, or 'skins and haggis', potato skins under haggis and a whisky-peppercorn cream sauce. There are lion's mane mushrooms grown in the basement, vegan and gluten-free options, and the kitchen is entirely nut-free.
