A natural limestone cave in the rocks under Hotel More, turned into a bar over three levels. Inside it's cool even in August; the terrace outside faces Lapad bay. Morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, champagne at golden hour. You can swim straight off the deck, so plenty of people drift between sea and bar. No reservations, so arrive early for sunset.
