A giant gold picture frame stands in the middle of a park. Take the lift to the bridge across the top and the north windows look over the low old town of Deira and Bur Dubai, while the south side faces the tower wall of Sheikh Zayed Road. Part of the floor mid-bridge is glass with 150 m of air below, and some panels turn from frosted to clear as you step on them. On the way down there's a video exhibit imagining Dubai in 2050.
